In Years 12 and 13, the Department offers AS/A2 Media Studies. Media Studies involves the reading, analysis and creation of a range of media texts and the ability to explore the influence and the power of the media in today's society. This subject is become increasingly popular amongst students due to a more complex understanding of media and its impact. A growing number of students are moving on to higher education in a wide range of related subjects.
